Begin in Thimphu, the modern capital steeped in tradition, where you’ll explore iconic landmarks such as the Buddha Dordenma, Tashichho Dzong, National Memorial Chorten, and folk museums that offer deep insight into Bhutanese heritage.
Venture into the pristine wilderness of Phobjikha Valley, a glacial valley famed for its Black-Necked Cranes, spiritual tranquility, and unspoiled natural beauty. Continue to Punakha, where you’ll witness the stunning Punakha Dzong at the confluence of two rivers, cross the suspension bridge, and, optionally, enjoy a gentle river rafting experience. The spiritually curious may also visit the fertility temple of Chimi Lhakhang.
Explore the hidden gem of Haa Valley, known for its scenic landscapes, alpine meadows, and timeless village life. Travel via the Chele La Pass, Bhutan’s highest motorable point, offering panoramic views of Mt. Jomolhari and surrounding peaks.
In Paro, immerse in Bhutan’s spiritual legacy with visits to Rinpung Dzong, National Museum, and the sacred Tiger’s Nest Monastery (Taktsang)—perched dramatically on a cliffside. A highlight of the journey, this moderate trek offers not only a sense of accomplishment but a deep spiritual connection. For a truly local experience, unwind with a traditional hot stone bath (optional).
This journey blends nature, culture, and inner peace—perfect for those seeking Bhutan’s timeless essence through its valleys of wisdom.
Bhutan is like a painter’s dream — a vibrant, colorful kingdom tucked amidst the mighty Himalayas. This small, serene paradise is adorned with vast green valleys, dramatic landscapes, crystal-clear rivers, rugged terrains, and the ever-smiling faces of its people.
As your aircraft descends into the Paro Valley, catch your first glimpse of the majestic Paro Dzong, perched on a hillside overlooking the Paro Chu (river), with the Ta Dzong watchtower standing tall above it.
At the airport, you will be warmly greeted by our representative in traditional Bhutanese style with a Tashi Khada (white scarf), marking the beginning of your enchanting Bhutan Tour. From here, you will embark on a scenic drive to Thimphu (2,334 m), the capital city of Bhutan.
If time permits, you may visit:
Buddha Dordenma (Sakyamuni Buddha):
Tashichho Dzong:
The National Memorial Chorten:
Check in at your hotel and spend the evening at leisure, soaking in the calm atmosphere of Bhutan’s capital.
After breakfast, explore the cultural heart of Bhutan with a full-day sightseeing tour of Thimphu, a unique city where traditional heritage and modern life blend seamlessly. Discover ancient monasteries, royal landmarks, and vibrant local culture.
As the sun rises high over the Land of Happiness, awaken to a peaceful morning wrapped in the embrace of pristine nature. Enjoy a steaming cup of Bhutanese tea while admiring the lush green valley from the comfort of your bed. After a hearty breakfast, begin your journey toward the tranquil beauty of Phobjikha Valley, where nature and spirituality walk hand in hand.
As your hot Ngaja (sweet Bhutanese milk tea) is served, sip it slowly while admiring the serene beauty of Phobjikha Valley from the comfort of your room. After breakfast, bid farewell to this peaceful glacial valley and begin your journey to Punakha, the former capital of Bhutan.
At an elevation of around 1,200 meters, Punakha enjoys a warmer climate—mild in winter and often hot in summer. The valley is known for its fertile plains, where red and white rice are cultivated along the stretches of the Pho Chhu and Mo Chhu rivers.
The drive offers stunning scenery as you pass through forested hills, rhododendron-covered slopes, and traditional villages—giving you a glimpse into authentic rural Bhutanese life.
After an early breakfast, embark on a long yet incredibly scenic journey to the remote and pristine Haa Valley, one of Bhutan’s least-explored and most spiritually rich regions.
The drive takes you through ever-changing landscapes — from subtropical Punakha to alpine forests and high mountain passes. Along the way, pass charming villages, peaceful valleys, and dramatic river gorges.
As you approach Haa, the landscape opens into a wide, secluded valley surrounded by snow-capped peaks and dotted with traditional farmhouses, monasteries, and yak pastures.
Located at an altitude of around 2,700 meters, Haa Valley is known for its natural beauty, minimal tourism, and deep cultural roots.
Upon arrival, check in to your hotel and unwind in the tranquil ambiance of the valley. If time and energy permit, you may take a gentle walk around the local village or visit a nearby monastery.
After breakfast, depart from the secluded beauty of Haa Valley and begin your scenic drive to Paro, crossing the breathtaking Chele La Pass — the highest motorable pass in Bhutan at an altitude of 3,988 meters (13,084 ft).
Today is the spiritual and emotional highlight of your Bhutan journey — a visit to the legendary Taktsang Monastery, famously known as the Tiger’s Nest.
After an early breakfast, drive to the base point and begin your moderate hike (approx. 5–6 hours round trip, including breaks) through pine forests scented with prayer flags and moss-covered trees. Horses can be arranged for the initial half of the hike if required.
Perched dramatically on a sheer cliff at 3,120 meters, Taktsang Monastery is a sacred pilgrimage site believed to be the meditation cave of Guru Padmasambhava, who is said to have flown here on the back of a tigress.
After breakfast, check out from your hotel and proceed to Paro International Airport for your return flight.
As you soar above the majestic Himalayan peaks, take with you the serene memories of Bhutan — the Land of the Thunder Dragon — with its sacred valleys, warm-hearted people, and timeless spirituality.
Bid farewell to the Last Buddhist Kingdom with a heart full of gratitude and peace, and carry along the soulful echoes of chanting monks, fluttering prayer flags, and crisp mountain air.
And as your journey ends, let one mantra guide your next adventure:
