• Day : 1 Arrival at Paro Airport – Transfer to Thimphu (1.5 hrs drive), the capital city of Bhutan

  Welcome to Bhutan – The Land of the Thunder Dragon

  Bhutan is like a painter’s dream — a vibrant, colorful kingdom tucked amidst the mighty Himalayas. This small, serene paradise is adorned with vast green valleys, dramatic landscapes, crystal-clear rivers, rugged terrains, and the ever-smiling faces of its people.

  As your aircraft descends into the Paro Valley, catch your first glimpse of the majestic Paro Dzong, perched on a hillside overlooking the Paro Chu (river), with the Ta Dzong watchtower standing tall above it.

  At the airport, you will be warmly greeted by our representative in traditional Bhutanese style with a Tashi Khada (white scarf), marking the beginning of your enchanting Bhutan Tour. From here, you will embark on a scenic drive to Thimphu (2,334 m), the capital city of Bhutan.

• Day : 4 Phobjikha to Punakha Transfer (2–3 hrs) + Local Sightseeing of Punakha

  As your hot Ngaja (sweet Bhutanese milk tea) is served, sip it slowly while admiring the serene beauty of Phobjikha Valley from the comfort of your room. After breakfast, bid farewell to this peaceful glacial valley and begin your journey to Punakha, the former capital of Bhutan.

  At an elevation of around 1,200 meters, Punakha enjoys a warmer climate—mild in winter and often hot in summer. The valley is known for its fertile plains, where red and white rice are cultivated along the stretches of the Pho Chhu and Mo Chhu rivers.

  The drive offers stunning scenery as you pass through forested hills, rhododendron-covered slopes, and traditional villages—giving you a glimpse into authentic rural Bhutanese life.

• Day : 5 Punakha to Haa Valley Transfer – Approx. 7 hrs Drive

  After an early breakfast, embark on a long yet incredibly scenic journey to the remote and pristine Haa Valley, one of Bhutan’s least-explored and most spiritually rich regions.

  The drive takes you through ever-changing landscapes — from subtropical Punakha to alpine forests and high mountain passes. Along the way, pass charming villages, peaceful valleys, and dramatic river gorges.

  As you approach Haa, the landscape opens into a wide, secluded valley surrounded by snow-capped peaks and dotted with traditional farmhouses, monasteries, and yak pastures.

  Located at an altitude of around 2,700 meters, Haa Valley is known for its natural beauty, minimal tourism, and deep cultural roots.

  Upon arrival, check in to your hotel and unwind in the tranquil ambiance of the valley. If time and energy permit, you may take a gentle walk around the local village or visit a nearby monastery.

• Day : 6 Haa Valley to Paro Transfer via Chele La Pass (3 hrs) + Paro Local Sightseeing

  After breakfast, depart from the secluded beauty of Haa Valley and begin your scenic drive to Paro, crossing the breathtaking Chele La Pass — the highest motorable pass in Bhutan at an altitude of 3,988 meters (13,084 ft).

• Day : 7 Paro – Excursion to Taktsang Monastery (Tiger’s Nest Hike)

  Today is the spiritual and emotional highlight of your Bhutan journey — a visit to the legendary Taktsang Monastery, famously known as the Tiger’s Nest.

  After an early breakfast, drive to the base point and begin your moderate hike (approx. 5–6 hours round trip, including breaks) through pine forests scented with prayer flags and moss-covered trees. Horses can be arranged for the initial half of the hike if required.

  Perched dramatically on a sheer cliff at 3,120 meters, Taktsang Monastery is a sacred pilgrimage site believed to be the meditation cave of Guru Padmasambhava, who is said to have flown here on the back of a tigress.
